Prepping the micropipette:
Obtain DNA from Suspect 1:
Place DNA into gel electrophoresis:
Obtain DNA from Suspect 2 and place in gel electrophoresis. Forensic scientist placed DNA from crime scene.
Plug it in, wait 10 minutes, and voila! Suspect 1 gets nailed. You can see the bands if you zoom.
Way more high tech than when LL did this 20 odd years ago in the Medical Microbiology and Infections Diseases lab at the U of A!
