The same friend who talked me into hot <\/a>pot meal<\/a> for celebrating Chinese New Year last year<\/a> loaned us a divided pot for our meal this year so we could have two different flavours of soup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So quick and easy compared to Christmas dinner!! About 15 mins to make two different kinds of soup (one spicy and one not) and 30 mins to wrap the dumplings and wash and cut the veggies. Everything else came out of the freezer, ready to be cooked. Easy peasy!!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
