{"id":2750,"date":"2019-02-10T12:33:30","date_gmt":"2019-02-10T17:33:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agaaga.blog\/2019\/02\/10\/minor-stand-mixer-surgery\/"},"modified":"2020-07-10T17:37:27","modified_gmt":"2020-07-10T21:37:27","slug":"minor-stand-mixer-surgery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agaaga.khoolbrew.ca\/index.php\/2019\/02\/10\/minor-stand-mixer-surgery\/","title":{"rendered":"Minor Stand Mixer Surgery"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Head was loose and moving around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Take several deep breaths.<\/li><li>Eat breakfast.<\/li><li>Finish kneading the bread dough by hand.<\/li><li>Have a black tea while playing a game of &#8220;Flip&#8221; with Lara.<\/li><li>Then, while the boys goof around on the treadmill (mock filming a treadmill commercial), proceed with the repair:<\/li><li>Remove cover.<\/li><li>Remove gear cover.<\/li><li>Label motor wires.<\/li><li>Remove motor.<\/li><li>Remove screws fixing the head to the stand, one by one; apply threadlocker blue; replace and tighten.<\/li><li>Top up the gear box with fresh grease (SuperLube Muli-Purpose Synthetic Grease with Syncolon &#8211; it&#8217;s food-safe grease).<\/li><li>Reassemble.
