Roti canai (pronounced &#8220;chanai&#8221;) is a fluffy layered flatbread that can be served plain or with various fillings like egg, onions, cheese, or bananas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were originally filming the guy making the filled roti as he was using the putty knife on the bananas until he told us to film the &#8220;Legend&#8221; instead.
