Tweaks were:<br>&#8211; halved both sugars<br>&#8211; increased butter from 113 g to 120 g ish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kingarthurbaking.com\/recipes\/chocolate-cheesecake-recipe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this recipe<\/a> for the cheesecake. Tweaks included:<br>&#8211; removed all the sugar in the crust and the filling (Felix decided between the chocolate chips and chocolate icing, if we added the sugar called for in the recipe it would be way too sweet)<br>&#8211; added the espresso powder (you can&#8217;t tell that it&#8217;s there)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We used the ganache recipe from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recipetineats.com\/easy-chocolate-fudge-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this recipe<\/a> for the icing.
