Chinese New Year Pizzas
Pizza fixings include: roasted pork, roast beef, habanero cheese, roasted zukes and peppers, roasted mushrooms, roasted eggplant, hummus, low salt mozzarella, thai green curry paste mixed with coconut oil. Not shown: olive oil, cumin seeds (for Nolan), and bocconcini. Kids topping their pizzas. With great concentration … Dinner!
Sunday Adventures
Didn’t want to walk back the way we came, so we all climbed over, Lara in a cheongsam and skirt. Bringing home a big branch to plant.

PA Day at Edward’s Gardens
I took the day off as the kids are out of school Lara suggested a trip to Edward’s Gardens – what an excellent idea! Climbing of course! There’s a big monkey in the tree. Lots of running, jumping, climbing, exploring … And general goofiness. Just general happiness all around!
