BBQ Turkey Experiment
Turkey experiment that unintentionally coincided with Christmas Eve dinner. 5kg turkey, brined for 24 hrs, dry rubbed and barbecued. Pretty handy as it left the oven free for baking dinner rolls. Felix devoured a whole turkey drumstick.

Holiday Party
Attended the Holiday Party for deaf and hard of hearing children at the Bob Rumball Manor (hosted by the Bob Rumball Organization). Kids came home with tree decorations, balloons, and a gift each. Nolan and Lara got a kit for making a soft toy, so we’ll be having some fun with needle and thread in the next few days.
