We were going to wait until South East Asia to get a cheap haircut, but when we saw $11 haircuts in Fukuoka, we decided to try it out. It was a unique experience to purchase our haircuts via a machine. Neil translated the flowchart of what was on offer and how to get your haircut.
It’s a mouthful but we all thought this was one of the best hikes we’ve done. These are the views from the cable car: Some of the alpine flowers we saw on the hike: At the peak of Mt. Nakadake, the second highest point of the Japanese Central Alps.
We found these amazing waterfalls, in our subsequent explorations, after failing to see Mt Fuji due to cloud cover (we only rented a car for one day during our stay in Tokyo). Our walk was punctuated by several trickles of small waterfalls.
