This is what prompted the post on our travels to Zanzibar. Using the recipe in A Taste of Zanzibar by Zarina Jafferji, a recipe book bought while in Zanzibar and a bit of googling, we were able to have an approximation of Zanzibari pizza for dinner tonight. Felix doused his pizzas with homemade mayo.

At dinner last night, someone asked me to make more ice cream. That quickly snowballed into requests flying around the table … had to write them all down.
Bonus day. I only made lunch as Lara made breakfast, Nolan made dinner (more to come later) and Felix made dessert!
