We began our family tradition for “Christmas dinner” in 2020 with the All Day Nibbles. This year, we decided to progress on our memory tree. We have a number of Travel ornaments, and hope to add lots more! We plan to update this post yearly as we add to the tree.

16th Anniversary
Since we have to stay home, the kids got creative for the event.
Lara’s 12th
Because of school, Lara asked that her birthday celebrations be moved to Sunday Jan 10th. She asked for kuih ketayap for breakfast, which we had, but have no pictures of. After breakfast was opening her gifts.
Christmas 2020

Nolan’s 13th
With covid19, we actually celebrated his birthday at home for the first time in many years. Nolan insisted on a 13-layer cake with icing between the layers for his cake. I had to use a little poetic license to achieve the goal.
Felix’s 10th
His request was for a chocolate-vanilla-chocolate-vanilla layered cake. I figured interpretation was up to me. 🙂 Hugs all around! Bonus: with covid19, I had bought cream cheese the week before in case his request turned out to be chocolate cheesecake. So we had a chocolate cheesecake the following week. 🙂
