That is how the Singer Sewhandy No. 20 is advertised, and it is true! This is Lara’s favourite sewing machine because it simply works. There are currently FOUR sewing machines in the house:

• An Ikea one that we bought about 15 years ago. It has been repaired once, and is now broken again.
• One we borrowed from Aunt Sherry
• One that we brought home from GPa’s house (Kenmore)
• This “toy” one
