The kids are still biking 10 km a day, 6 days a week. When with friends, they do a shortened version and then play games outside.

Everyone has been doing yoga – either during school or inclement weather.
Here’s a small collection of what Physical Education classes look like when you’re in virtual school. It’s eerily silent because their siblings have to be able to hear their classes.
Nolan has been arranging meets with a couple athlete friends: she is a competitive swimmer and he is a AAA hockey player. The three of them often get together to train, which involves 10-15 km bike rides, blading, or trail runs.
