It’s been well over a couple of years since we did anything more than basic maintenance in the garden (all we’ve done is mow the lawn including its weeds, and put down thick layers of mulch to slow the growth of weeds).
With stay-at-home in place, we decided to do something a little more in depth (pun intended) gardening.

For a break during the digging, I went inside to google how to maintain our blackberry bush, and discovered that our internet was not working. It didn’t work for the rest of the day, and Neil determined that it was isolated to our house, and the issue was not with the modem. So he put in a call to our provider to report the issue. A tech was supposed to show up the next morning between 8-11AM.
Shortly before dinner, Felix mentioned that he had seen a wire in the ground when he was digging in the yard.
???
So Neil went out to investigate.

Our Internet connection is back, at full speed! While I was amazed with how expeditiously Neil fixed the problem, the kids were not impressed. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all school is remote learning online, and they had been looking forward to to a day off school!
And now, how to deal with the blackberry bush.
